Fill out our Custom Build Request Form with your project idea, size, branch of service, logos, or custom text.   Our workshop reviews your project, provides a transparent price quote, and sends a digital vector proof for your sign-off before we select timber.   Once approved, we craft your piece using reclaimed North Carolina hardwoods, CNC routing, and laser engraving, then ship it straight to your door.

Because every custom piece is built individually by hand, custom builds typically take up to 30 days to craft prior to shipping. If you have a specific hard deadline (such as an upcoming military retirement ceremony or PCS date), please state it in your intake form. Rush orders are accepted based on shop capacity.

Yes! Every custom order includes one (1) full digital design proof and one (1) minor revision round. We require your final approval on the digital proof before physical woodworking or engraving begins.

High-resolution vector files (.SVG, .EPS, .AI, or high-res .PNG/.JPEG) work best for CNC routing and laser engraving. You can upload your unit crests, agency badges, or sketches directly on our Custom Project Request page.
