Return & Exchange Policy
At Flag & Torch, every item we make carries meaning — rooted in craftsmanship, tradition, and a deep respect for service. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make any issue right with clear and fair solutions.
Apparel (Fulfilled by Printful)
Apparel items are fulfilled and shipped through Printful with their return address.

If a product is returned, it will come back to us and be held for 30 days at no charge.

During this time, you may update the shipping address and cover the cost to reship it.

Unclaimed returns after 30 days will be donated to charity.
Wooden Flags, Plaques & Custom Woodwork
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-custom items that are:

Unused and in original condition

In their original packaging
To start a return or exchange, contact us at flagandtorch15@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Email us within 7 days of delivery

Include photos of the damage for quick resolution
We’ll walk you through the replacement process right away.
Refunds
Refunds cover the item’s purchase price only (excluding shipping).
We process refunds within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom items are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem — you can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
After that, the order is final as we begin crafting your piece.

Unclaimed Apparel Returns: Customer (if reshipped)
