  • Can I customize a flag, coin display, challenge coin, or plaque?
    Well yea....... that's why everyone comes to us. Ask us and we can customize it for you. Please contact us with your specific requirements and we will work with you to create a unique piece.
  • Can you customize anything else?

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
  • What are the shipping options available?
    We offer standard shipping only. This is due to all items being handcrafted. From work order to shipment can take from 14-30 business days. (Depending on the work order)
  • Can I purchase items on your Social Media Pages?
    Absolutely not, purchases can only be made on the website.
  • How do I care for my handcrafted wooden flag?
    To maintain the quality of your wooden flag, dust it regularly with a soft cloth and avoid exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. Use Feed N Wax Beeswax only to reseal and condition wood items ONLY once every 3-5 years.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns and exchanges on non-custom wood items and apparel within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email us at flagandtorch15@gmail.com to get started. Customers cover return shipping. Do you accept returns on custom orders? Because custom pieces are made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. What if my item is damaged or defective? We're on it. Email us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll take care of a replacement or fix. Can I cancel my order? Yes — you can cancel within 48 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and the order is final. How do apparel returns work? Apparel items fulfilled by Printful are returned to us and held for 30 days. You can update the address and pay to reship. Unclaimed items are donated.
